This is a comic strip that was made for children who have an MRI scan. The purpose of this piece is so they can read it before they have their scan and a way to reduce any potentials fears of the MRI scan. I was inspired to make this piece in an attempt to improve the recruitment rate of children taking part in MRI scanning trials, as well as educating young children about the science of how an MRI scan works.
