My project is a live-action short film which depicts the complications involved with inflammatory skin disorders, namely inflammatory arthritis. The story follows a detective who is recruited by an individual living with immune arthritis, who is tasked with identifying those responsible for the individual’s condition. The detective conducts a series of interviews on the suspects who represent the different mediators of inflammatory disease. The target audience is widely-scoped, targeting groups from young adults all the way to ages 65+, the reason being the method of transmission of my project. The idea behind this project is to provide an engaging outline of the topic as a whole, as well as staying true to the scientific detail when necessary.
