There are so many pieces to this complex jigsaw puzzle, which is our brains, and each of us has similar-looking puzzles, but each is very much unique. Trying to piece another person’s jigsaw puzzle together based on your own can cause problems and friction. My project utilises the engaging platform TikTok to promote public understanding and acceptance of neurological disorders and neurodiversity so that as a community we can better support one another.

My project aims to educate viewers in an accessible and informative manner by curating a variety of video styles. Thematic areas encompass a range of neurological disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, etc. Content will be presented through a diverse lens.

With my project, I seek to bridge the knowledge gap surrounding neurological disorders by leveraging the reach and vitality of TikTok to reach a broad audience. I employ a multi-styled approach to cater to different learning preferences and capture attention, providing a platform for neurodivergent individuals to share their stories and experiences. Through this multifaced approach, my project aspires to foster a more inclusive and informed society that celebrates neurodiversity.
